This book makes an important contribution to the knowledge on a topic, largely unknown by a great part of the Amazonian population, but it affects us directly or indirectly, since, if our roads are made up of water, every Amazonian, at some point in their lives, has already navigated one of the Amazon rivers. Furthermore, the shipbuilding sector itself is a proposal for the region sustainable development, therefore, the rearch about the Shipbuilding in Amazon deserves to be discussed by the responsible sectores and, also, by the population.
